Please note that the class schedule may change without notice. Please inform your instructor if you are new to a class, and bring a towel and water with you to each class.


Body Tone is a great way to tone up for both men and women with choreographed exercises using weights and barbells focusing on the main muscles groups.


Boxing classes are the ultimate workout guaranteed to burn calories, increase cardiovascular fitness, tone and strengthen muscles, de-stress, increase confidence and have a great time.


Circuit City is an awesome class incorporating isometric exercises, weights as well as a cardio workout, where you not only work hard but have great time doing it.


Abs is a specially designed 30 minute class to work on your core strength and your abdominal muscles. More than just crunches this class incorporates the use of light weights, fit balls, and medicine balls to help you strengthen and shape those abdominal muscles.


¡®Fit for Life¡¯ class is specially designed to keep you fit and fantastic in your later years.


Spin is one of the best fat-burning workouts you can do whilst riding a stationary bike, pacing your workout at your own intensity listening to motivating music.


Yoga is the secret to a healthy balanced life. Our yoga classes increase your flexibility, strength and muscle tone whilst allowing you to distress and calm your mind ending with relaxation and meditation.


Cardio Attack is a high intensity aerobic class to choreographed music incorporating basic aerobic and martial art moves to provide you with a great cardiovascular workout.
